This vermouth from Mornington Peninsula is made with 2017 Pinot Noir Fruit Fortified to 17% with 96% neutral spirit and sweetened with cane sugar to 11%. Spice infusion including Cassia, Clove,Black Pepper, Star Anise and Saffron. Herb Infusion including Rosemary, Angelica, Thyme, Lemon Thyme and Marjoram. Bitter infusion including Coffee, Bitter Orange, Cinchona and Wormwood. Citrus Infusion of Orange and Grapefruit
Bottled without any filtration. A great little aperitif over ice or a great addition to a Negroni.
