2015 Priory Ridge Pinot Noir

A wine with a true Burgundian nose. Plums and dark fruit on the palate, with soft elegant tannins complemented by a complexity from 18 months in French oak. A long and persisting finish of pepper spice, this wine undergoes no fining.
