Pick Up/Delivery

All wine purchases can be collected from L’Hotel Gitan or shipped directly to you.

We only deliver within Australia. There is a $20 delivery fee for purchases of 5 bottles or less. 6 bottles or more are delivered for $15.

Please allow 7-10 days from the date of the order for delivery or pick up. Should extra time be required, our team will contact you at the earliest opportunity. Our team will contact you for pick up.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

Terms and Conditions

By shopping via our online store, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions whether as a guest or registered user. By using our site you are indicating you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. Gitan reserves the right to make changes to these conditions at any time and encourages you to review them regularly. Your continued access and use of the site shall mean your acceptance of these terms and any subsequent changes.

LIQUOR ACT STATEMENT: Under the Liquor Reform Act 1998, it is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. It is also an offence for a licensee to supply liquor or permit liquor to be supplied to a person under the age of 18 years.


Gitan is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

Please note pictures might not represent the true state of the products.

Order Confirmation

An email notification will be sent to you, listing the item(s) ordered the total product and shipping charges and delivery address upon receiving your order.

Refund and Returns

Gitan will exchange any incorrect or damaged item(s) upon notification within 10 days of receiving goods. We will offer a refund for items if we are unable to provide replacements.

Please note that we are not able to guarantee that all cork tainted wines can be replaced. At the moment, cork producers will not reimburse winemakers for these problems and most winemakers we work with will not reimburse us. There are, however, instances where they do and in those instances, we will be happy to replace corked wine.
